Client Partner – Business Development

Harvey Nash are getting set to fuel the business and accelerate in to 2021 and to do this we are looking for exceptional Recruiters who want to be a part of that journey. You will help clients find the very best talent in the market, whist networking with thought leaders and entrepreneurs who are creating and shaping some of the most cutting-edge technology on the planet.

The role:

In line with our current growth ambitions, we have recently formed a Business Development team that is responsible for identifying and winning new client opportunities.

The Client Partner role will lead the engagement of clients, building strong business relationships and winning business which can be passed to the delivery teams or other service lines.

The role will have a high focus on sales pipeline and long-term opportunity tracking.

Success Factors:

  • Demonstrable experience of driving high performance within sector.
  • Be able to identify and win key new business opportunities
  • Be confident in running and attending industry events
  • Action Orientated and results driven.
  • Promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, facilitation and presentation techniques.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with a focus on key priorities.
  • Strong focus on margins and conversion.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills, with the gravitas to operate at all levels.
  • A trusted partner to clients who see you as their go to person to deliver all their needs.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
