New Business Sales Manager

We are on the look out for an experienced software solution sales managers with a track record of building new client bases, supported by an excellent understanding of the clients’ business challenges. NashTech has a fantastic culture based around focused technology excellence. Your consultative sales approach should point clearly to working in partnership with clients over many years. We want innovative, creative individuals who can help support our clients to identify the solutions that help them to achieve success.

The New Business Sales Manager is the principal go-to-market agent for NashTech Global reporting to the Sales Director. The role is responsible for the development of new named business, within the UK market at this stage, working in partnership with the pre-sales and delivery arms of the business to initiate and close business growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Refine an effective go-to-market approach to introduce NashTech Global’s offerings into new customers within a given calendar year.
  • Identify targets within given sectors, with a view to engaging specific sales approaches. The sectors of specific focus are: - Higher Education, Life Sciences and Healthcare. - Legal and Professional Services. - Financial Services – including general insurance.
  • Build a qualified pipeline of sales growth opportunities within the given sector and target base.
  • Lead pursuit teams to deliver successful sales outcomes.
  • Lead and Support the positioning of NashTech Global within the senior management of target accounts.
  • Support the definition of sector specific strategies and future growth initiatives, working with the wider NashTech market team and colleagues.
  • Support Lead Generation with specific initiatives throughout the course of the year.
  • Contribute to the development of case studies and marketing content.
  • Align with our own technology innovation strategy, based within the NashTech Tech Radar community.
