What keeps you at Harvey Nash?

There are many reasons to stay with Harvey Nash. The first, and most important, is that they are open for ideas, innovation and suggestions you do to improve business. You are not just a number to them, but they value your ideas; you have real influence.

Secondly, the human factor. They are there to support you in difficult times with a very human approach.

A third point is my colleagues and the environment. The work hard play harder mentality is something that they don’t only say, but do.

As mentioned above, they are open for your input and let you thrive in a very open culture. They have a human approach here, you’re never just a number.

Alongside the personal approach, Harvey Nash is extremely customer centric when we are identifying solutions for our clients; we’re ‘outside the box’ thinkers for sure! The international presence is another asset; we think globally and that can help us to find solutions for customers what other companies can’t.

And finally, the working conditions they provide for their employees is one of the best in the market. We use the best technologies and feel truly valued.

What’s the best thing we’ve done for you?

A few years ago, I experienced an extremely hard time in my personal life. Talent-IT was there not only as an employer but a “good friend” with a listening ear, who were incredibly supportive and gave me all the time I needed to get back on track. This is something I will never forget.

How would you describe the Harvey Nash Culture?

Inclusive, with a moral compass that I can identify with. We don’t think in problems, only in solutions. We have a hugely diverse work force which might possibly be our biggest asset

What’s your biggest achievement here to date?

That’s a difficult one. I already had the chance of experiencing a lot of highs. If I must mention one, I choose for the case of SD Worx. My Business Manager received a call from the CIO of SD Worx that they were searching for a very difficult profile. They already had contacted the big four and a lot of specialists, but they couldn’t find the right person.

They saw us as the last resort, and we delivered the perfect candidate 72 hours later; they were over the moon. I’d like to also mention that I’m proud of the friendships that I’ve made here and that I will cherish for years to come.
